I accept refunds within 7 days of delivery. As long as the product is sent back without use or damage. 

Exceptions would be custom orders or sale items/B Grades. Those are final sale. 

** There are some return requirements by UK law, so for UK residents, email info@hazysnail.com up to 14 days after delivery that you would like to return. You will have 2 weeks to send it back, and then a refund will be issued.

Damages and issues
I offer shipping protection/insurance through Route. Route is automatically selected for orders, so if you kept it, they will work with the carrier directly to file a claim. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact me or Route asap if the item is defective, damaged, or missing. If they approve the claim; I will reship your order as soon as I can! 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

 **As noted above exceptions would be custom or sale items. They are final sale.

Refunds
I will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know the status of the refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
